Blog 10 Audrey Hepburn

Audrey Hepburn was born on May 4, 1929, in Brussels, Belgium.  When she was young she vacationed in Holland with her mother when Hitler took over.  She then ended up suffering from depression and malnutrition.  She then went on to become a ballet dancer and began a modeling career.  And then from there she started her acting career.  She was known for her grace, talent, and beauty.  Or as most people know her, for her acting skills.  She starred in Breakfast at Tiffany's, One Wild Oat, Young Wifes' Tale, and Always.  She helped with UNICEF until 1993.  She was named in People's magazine one of the 50 most beautiful people in the world.  She died on January 20, 1993 in Switzerland of appendicular cancer.  She was named in Empire magazine's "The Top 100 Movie Stars of All Time."
